Please read these terms carefully before booking a session or using this website. By proceeding with a booking or enquiry, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
I offer photography services including but not limited to portraits, headshots, editorial shoots, sports coverage, commercial branding, and event photography. The specific scope of each session will be agreed upon before the shoot date.
2. Bookings and Deposits
All bookings are confirmed only after a deposit has been received. Until the deposit is paid, your date is not secured. Deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of booking. By paying your deposit you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
3. Usage of Images
Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the shoot, I retain the right to use images from your session for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. You will be credited where reasonable. If you require full exclusivity over your images, this must be discussed and agreed upon before the session and may affect pricing.
4. Image Delivery
Edited galleries are delivered within 7 to 14 business days after the shoot date unless a different timeline is agreed upon beforehand. Images are delivered digitally via a private gallery link. I am not responsible for image loss caused by third party storage platforms or client side issues after delivery.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for your session. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, I reserve the right to cancel the session and retain the deposit. You are also responsible for obtaining any permits required for shoot locations you suggest.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by my Refund Policy, which is available on this website. Please read it before booking.
7. Conduct
I reserve the right to end a session early if a client behaves in a way that is disrespectful, unsafe, or makes it impossible to work professionally. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Intellectual Property
All images produced by me remain my intellectual property regardless of who paid for the session. Clients receive a licence to use their delivered images for personal or agreed commercial purposes. You may not sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the images without my written consent.
9. Edits and Alterations
The delivered gallery includes my professional retouching. You may not apply heavy filters, crop out my watermark if present, or alter the images in ways that misrepresent the original work without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or non-delivery of photography services, except in cases of proven negligence on my end.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
