Policy
Please read this before booking. I want every session to go smoothly and this page makes sure we are on the same page from the start.
Photography is personal and every session I take on gets my full time, preparation, and creative energy. Because of that, I have put together a straightforward refund policy so there are no surprises on either side.
1. No-Shows and Late Cancellations
If you do not show up at the agreed location and time without letting me know beforehand, your booking fee is non-refundable. I block out that time specifically for you, and a no-show means another client lost their spot.
2. No Refunds After the Shoot
Once we have shot together, all payments are final. This includes situations where you are unhappy with poses, expressions, or creative decisions that were discussed and agreed on before or during the session.
3. Cancellations Made in Advance
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, your booking fee can be moved to a future date depending on availability. Refunds on booking fees are only considered in genuine exceptional circumstances and are at my discretion.
4. Rescheduling
You get one free reschedule as long as you give me at least 48 hours notice. Anything after that or any additional reschedules may come with a fee. Repeated cancellations with no contact will forfeit any credit you have.
5. Technical Failures on My End
If something goes wrong on my end and your images are lost as a result, I will offer a full or partial refund or a complimentary reshoot. This does not apply to image loss caused by third party storage or anything on your side.
